The Nant Single Malt is produced on the Nant Estate using the finest ingredients and traditional methods. As a handcrafted whisky quality is never compromised in our pursuit to produce a world class whisky. The world-famous Tasmanian barley, grown and harvested in the fertile fields of Tasmania and the Nant Estate will be used as our primary source of grain.

As a boutique facility we will only require 200-300 barrels a year and the selection of our wood will be paramount. Maturation occurs quietly in traditional oak barrels stored on the estate in heritage sandstone buildings. Matured in 100 litre and 200 litre barrels the whisky matures over a minimum of four years in oak barrels that have previously held sherry, port or bourbon.
